Our client relationships are long-term. We partner with market leaders in each sub-sector of healthcare. As most of our work involves executive search to find superior candidates, we intentionally limit our client base to around 20% of each sub-sector of the overall healthcare market (e.g. pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, diagnostics, universities). Doing so avoids major conflicts of interest, enabling Ccentric to conduct a comprehensive search and target the majority of other organisations/candidates in executing searches for all our clients.

Ccentric is a member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the global professional association for the retained executive search industry. The AESC has a rigorous selection process, ensuring only firms of the highest standard that use a genuine executive search process are accepted as members.
Ccentric is also a member of the Recruiting and Consulting Services Association of Australia (RCSA), and the Australian Association of Medical Recruitment Firms (AAMRA).
